Does your firm offer free consultations?
Our firm offers free consultations for all personal injury and criminal cases. All other cases are subject to a consultation fee. Please call 662-895-8170 for more information and to schedule a consultation.
What are my payment options for my legal fee?
Our firm accepts cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, and CashApp. We are also happy to be able to offer the option to finance legal fees through Affirm.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring all paperwork you have relating to your case i.e. prior wills, tickets, summons, contracts, etc. We also need a copy of your driver’s license or identification card.
Do you offer after-hours appointments or telephone appointments?
Our office offers after-hours and call-in appointments on a case-by-case basis. Please call our office at 662-895-8170 to discuss how to schedule your appointment.
Where are you located?
We are located at 6208 Highway 305 in Olive Branch, MS. We serve North Mississippi including DeSoto, Tate, Marshall, and Panola counties. We also handle personal injury cases in Tennessee.
